Fertility in your 40's

When it comes to preparing to have a baby in your 40’s, the messaging out there is grim- even the term “geriatric pregnancy” can lead one to feel deflated and, well OLD.

I was inspired to create this series after my own fertility, pregnancy, and birth journey in my 40’s. My hope is to create a holistic and positive space for people in or approaching their 40’s to feel into their their own experience-free of medical lingo and social taboos. We will explore ways to prepare the mind, body, and spirit and to feel better-equipped to navigate decisions around the various choices that come with conception, pregnancy, and birth.
